Living Area & Kitchen: The open-plan living area features a 40-inch TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and dining ware—though with Florence's best restaurants just outside, you may never need to cook!

Enjoy complete flexibility with our remote check-in system. To receive your access instructions, it is mandatory to complete our online check-in, which includes a video call with our team to verify your legally required ID documents prior to arrival.
Please note: Check-in starts at 3pm and after midnight is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. Documentation must be received not later than 7pm.

Neighborhood
San Lorenzo is one of Florence’s most convenient and vibrant districts. You are just a stone’s throw from the train station and an easy 5 to 10-minute walk to major tourist destinations: the Duomo, Galleria dell’Accademia, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio.
The neighborhood is packed with shops, cafes, and restaurants. We are just a couple of blocks from the famous Mercato Centrale—perfect for authentic Tuscan food, a modern upstairs food hall, and great souvenirs. Don't miss the nearby Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, a historic apothecary offering beautifully crafted perfumes and lotions.
Getting around
Located near Largo Alinari, almost all of the city's major attractions are within easy walking distance.
Train Station: Being incredibly close to Santa Maria Novella station gives you ultimate freedom. It’s perfect for arrivals, hailing taxis, or organizing stress-free day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Arezzo.
Buses: Catch a bus right in front of the building to Piazzale Michelangelo or Fiesole for breathtaking views, or take a shuttle directly to "The Mall" luxury outlet for a day of shopping.

Age & Identification: The primary guest must be 21+ and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in. All guests must verify their valid ID via video call prior to arrival in compliance with Italian police regulations. Failure to comply will result in denied entry.
House Rules: Strictly NO smoking, NO pets, NO parties, and NO unregistered external visitors. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the building, especially after 11:00 PM.
Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers check-out cleaning only. Guests must maintain basic cleanliness, wash their dishes, and dispose of garbage before departure to avoid extra penalty charges.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Disposing of feminine products or other items will cause blockages and incur damage charges.
Electricity Usage: Italian homes have a limited electrical capacity. Running multiple high-draw appliances simultaneously will trip the main power switch. If this happens, turn off appliances before resetting the white main switch box (pointed out upon arrival).
Heating Regulations: By local Florence municipal law (Zone D), heating is legally only permitted between November 1 and April 15.
Lost Keys: A €100 fee applies for each lost set of keys.
Long-Term Stays (30+ Days): Italian law requires a signed tenancy agreement. Guests are responsible for all utility bills, which will be calculated by actual usage at the end of the stay.
