Space
The flat is located on the third floor (with a lift from the mezzanine floor) and is designed to offer you maximum comfort.
Every detail has been taken care of to make you feel at home.
• LIVING AREA: a spacious and bright room with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed if necessary, perfect for relaxing after a day out and about in Milan. The dining area is ideal for a quiet breakfast or dinner.
• KITCHEN: comfortable and fully equipped, you will want for nothing! At your disposal you will find a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (with welcome pods!), kettle and all the necessary cooking utensils.
• BEDROOM: A quiet and spacious double bedroom with a comfortable bed and a large wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.
• BATHROOM: A complete and functional bathroom with a bathtub for a moment of relaxation.
For a comfortable stay, the flat is equipped also with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
Access
For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made
Neighbourhood
You are in the Porta Nuova-Garibaldi district, the symbol of Milan's transformation and energy. As soon as you step outside, you will be immersed in a vibrant and stimulating atmosphere. Just a few steps away you will find:
• Piazza Gae Aulenti & Bosco Verticale: marvel at the futuristic architecture, go shopping or enjoy an aperitif with a view of the skyline.
• Corso Como: the street par excellence for Milanese nightlife, full of trendy bars, clubs and restaurants.
Isola neighbourhood: discover its 'village-in-the-city' charm with markets, artisan shops and typical trattorias with an alternative atmosphere.
• Brera district: a 15-minute walk takes you to the artists' quarter, with its art galleries, the Pinacoteca and its romantic narrow streets.
Supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants for every taste are literally a stone's throw away.
Transport

• GARIBALDI STATION (2 minutes' walk): From here you can take:
o Underground: lines M2 (Green) and M5 (Lilac) to reach the Duomo, Navigli or the
San Siro stadium in a few minutes.
o Passante Ferroviario: for quick connections throughout the city.
• Trains: regional and high-speed trains, and a direct connection to Malpensa Airport (Malpensa Express).
• ON FOOT: many of the main attractions are within easy reach of a pleasant
walk.
NOTES
**IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW**
- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises.
- Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors.
- No outside visitors without written approval.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.
- Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival.
- Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
- For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
