The Space
The loft is set over two levels. The upper mezzanine holds the double bed; the lower floor has the living area with sofa bed, dining table, TV and kitchenette. Maximum capacity is 4 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster and kettle. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable during the warmer months.
Being on the ground floor with access from a private street, the setting is discreet and quiet, suitable both for a holiday and for a work stay in Milan.
Access
Self check-in: 3 PM –midnight
This property uses remote (self) check-in. To receive access to the apartment, every guest must complete the online upload of a valid ID document and a real-time identity verification with our operations center before entry. Access credentials are released only once the verification has been successfully completed.
Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Check-ins outside the 3 PM–10 PM window must be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead. No check-ins after midnight, unless agreed upon in advance.

The Neighborhood
Baggio is a residential district in western Milan, once an independent village and still village-like in feel, quiet and human in scale. Nearby is Parco delle Cave, one of the city's largest green areas, with small lakes, trails and space for outdoor sport. The surrounding streets have supermarkets, cafés and everyday shops. The area suits guests who want calm while staying connected to the rest of the city.
Getting Around
The nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. The bus reaches Bisceglie station on metro line M1 (red line), which runs quickly to Cadorna and the centre. Tram 16 heads toward the city centre. By car, the main routes of western Milan are easy to reach; the San Siro stadium and the racecourse are a short ride or drive away. For those flying in, there are connections to Linate, Malpensa and Milan Bergamo airports.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
