The Rate does not include tourist tax, if any. The sojourn tax shall be paid by the Tenant at the same time as the delivery of the physical keys or digital access parameters by the Property Manager. Notwithstanding the total amount paid by the Tenant, the composition of the above items is to be understood as indicative and may be subject to change during the stay; for this reason, the tax documents issued at the time of Check- in shall be taken as the basis for the breakdown of the cost components.

The cost of the overnight stay includes the services provided by the property manager in favour of the guest, which will be detailed once the booking is completed.
