The Space
The apartment is laid out over two levels, keeping the living area separate from the sleeping area.
On the lower level, the contemporary living room is defined by light tones and clean lines. It features a fabric sofa bed and a flat-screen smart TV, while large windows let in natural light for most of the day.
Next to the living room, the kitchen has its own window and pairs glossy surfaces and modern finishes with full equipment: dishwasher, coffee machine and a generous worktop, equally suited to breakfast or a dinner with friends.
The bathroom is on the same level: spacious and modern, with neutral-toned tiles, minimalist fixtures and a large walk-in shower.
On the upper level, the double bedroom combines parquet flooring with calming wall colours. It offers a large wardrobe and a study corner with a desk by the window, ideal for working or studying in natural light.
Both the living room and the bedroom have air conditioning with heat pump, keeping the temperature comfortable year-round. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi makes the apartment well suited to business trips and remote work.
Access
Self check-in: 3 PM – 10 PM
This property uses remote (self) check-in. To receive access to the apartment, every guest must complete the online upload of a valid ID document and a real-time identity verification with our operations center before entry. Access credentials are released only once the verification has been successfully completed.
Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Check-ins outside the 3 PM–10 PM window must be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead. No check-ins after 10 PM, unless agreed upon in advance.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is in the Tibaldi area in south Milan, a lively, contemporary district a few minutes from Bocconi University and the Navigli canals. Restaurants, bars, shops and everyday services are within walking distance, and an Esselunga supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
The location also works well for events and concerts: the Unipol Forum in Assago is about 9 minutes by car, Arena Santa Giulia about 15 minutes by car, San Siro Stadium and the Arco della Pace about 20 minutes, and Fiera Milano Rho about 20 minutes by car.
Getting Around
Tibaldi station and the tram 15 stop are 100 metres from the door, with the Duomo di Milano reachable in about 15 minutes. The tram 3 stop, a 6-minute walk away, takes you to the Navigli in about 20 minutes. Bocconi University is 10 minutes away.
If you are travelling by car, the private garage is included in your stay and easy to access.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
