The apartment features a foldaway double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, with the option to divide the spaces using a practical sliding wall. The open-plan kitchen, modern and well-equipped, includes state-of-the-art appliances such as a combination steam and microwave oven and an induction cooktop.
The elegantly finished bathroom completes the living area. One of the apartment's standout features is its exceptional brightness, thanks to its direct view of Corso Indipendenza park, which also ensures a quiet atmosphere and pleasant scenery.
For a comfortable stay, the apartment comes with Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazonprime, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, and air conditioning.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in the heart of a lively residential and commercial area, just steps from Piazza Tricolore and at the beginning of Corso Indipendenza. This dynamic and ever-evolving neighborhood offers a charming blend of hidden corners and picturesque streets leading to bustling squares. The area is filled with artisan shops, cultural spaces, elegant boutiques, and trendy venues.
A pleasant walk will easily take you to Piazza San Babila and the prestigious Fashion District in about 12 minutes, while the majestic Duomo and the renowned Teatro alla Scala can be reached in 22-25 minutes.
The neighborhood stands out for its vibrant energy and wide range of amenities: refined boutiques, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, and specialty food stores. The area is also known for its excellent culinary scene, featuring prestigious restaurants such as Gong, Filippo La Mantia, Pandenus, Sissi, Da Giacomo, Canteen, La Risacca 6, and Le Specialità.
Getting around
The area is perfectly served by public transport: buses 54 and 61 depart from Piazza Risorgimento, where you’ll also find a BikeMi station. Piazza Tricolore is connected by trams 9 and 19, as well as the M4 metro line, providing convenient access to both Linate Airport and the city center.

**IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW**
- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises.
- Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors.
- No outside visitors without written approval.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.
- Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival.
- Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
- For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
