🔹 Guest Requirements
Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
All guests must present a valid ID at check-in as required by Italian Police regulations. Entry will be denied without proper identification.
Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) as per Italian law.
🚭 House Rules
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Strictly no parties or loud noises to maintain a peaceful environment.
Be considerate when entering and leaving, especially after 11 PM, to respect neighbors.
No outside visitors without written approval.
🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance
The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, but please keep the apartment tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.
Italian households have power limits—using multiple appliances at once may trip the main switch. The main switch (a white box) will be shown upon arrival.
Use only toilet paper in the toilet; do not flush feminine products or anything else to prevent plumbing issues.
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
📅 Check-in & Stay Details
Check-in time: 3 PM - midnight (Self-check-in available after in person ID check).
Guests will receive a secure link to submit their details—this is mandatory to receive the access code.
For stays exceeding 30 days, guests are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
