The apartment's interior has been thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort without compromising on aesthetics.
On the first floor, you'll find a large, sunlit living room with two sofas, a TV, and an open-plan kitchen. The windows overlook one of Florence's most iconic squares.
This level also includes the main bedroom, a double sofa bed for two extra guests, a bathroom with a shower, and a stunning bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs, the second bedroom enjoys a panoramic view of the piazza.
Please note: the apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building and does not have an elevator. Guests with mobility issues should consider this before booking.
Guest Access
Guests will be personally welcomed at the property.
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
As we do not have a reception, please communicate your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late check-ins must also be requested and approved 24 hours before arrival.
Early/Late Check-In Fees:
From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25
From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35
From 10 PM to Midnight: €45
No check-ins after midnight unless previously agreed.

Getting Around
Public transportation is available, but most attractions are easily reachable on foot.
Just across the street, you’ll find a small Conad supermarket.
There are also numerous nearby garages for parking, and both the train station and airport are accessible by bus or taxi.
Important Notes
Age Requirement: Main guest must be over 21 and will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in.
ID Check: All guests must submit valid ID via a secure link for police registration. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long Stays: For bookings over 30 nights, a rental contract is legally required.
No smoking
No pets allowed
No parties or loud noise—especially after 11 PM.
No unregistered visitors unless approved in writing beforehand.
Cleaning: Cleaning fee covers only the final cleaning. Guests must leave the apartment tidy (especially kitchen/dishes). Extra charges may apply if left unclean.
Electricity Use: Italian homes have limited electrical capacity—using many appliances at once may trip the power. Instructions will be provided.
Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Improper use can cause blockages and damage.
Heating: Allowed only from November 1 to April 15 (Florence Zone D regulations).
Lost Keys: €100 charge per lost key.
Utilities: For stays over 30 days, utilities are charged separately based on actual usage.
